Chris Norris is a graphic designer and strategist with 7+ years experience working as a creative partner across brand, publication, and digital design projects. With a focus on the intersection of technology, art and design his work includes non-profit, mission-driven, community organizations and academic institutions in addition to collaborations with various design agencies and studios.
From 2015 to present, he has worked as a co-founder to shape Alder Studio, a practice that supports this ongoing design work. Alder works with businesses and organizations to produce and manage design projects, events and social activations to create a more vibrant future.
He lives and works in Burlington, Vermont.

A multi-disciplinary graphic design studio connecting art, environment, culture, and technology. Responsibilities include creative direction, project strategy and business development.
Moran Plant, Creative Director (2014-2017)
In an effort to redevelop a historic coal plant responsibilities included leading design projects including creating of a custom fundraising platform, community engagement events, and production of fundraising materials.
Fuse Marketing, Designer (2012-2016)
Responsible for design development of both internal and client projects including Amazon, Mountain Dew Skateboarding, etc. Executions include print production, product design and marketing collateral.
Signal Kitchen, Designer (2010-2014)
For the 250-person music venue and media production company, I led development of the brand for the live music venue as well as directed design for special projects including custom branded content and events.
